Ceramic Pie Weights keep your pie crust from bubbling and buckling during blind baking. Place the pie weights into your empty pie shell and bake the crust according to recipe. (I usually line my pie shell with parchment paper first before pouring the ceramic pie weights on top of the crust. It makes them easier to remove when the pie crust is done!)
