Mrs. Anderson’s 11” Pie Crust Bag for 8 to 9” pie pans will allow you to roll out a perfectly round pie crust every time. Simply unzip the pie crust bag, lightly flour top and bottom halves, and place the prepared dough in the center of the bag. Zip closed and roll out until the dough reaches the edges. Open bag, place your pie pan upside down over the rolled pastry, allowing the crust to fit inside your pie pan. Hand wash in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
